Here’s a sneak peak into what our 7 step process looks like.
System walkthrough. Each Strategic Roadmap starts with a system walkthrough where we conduct a 25 point check to become familiar with your system’s security, settings, integrations, and usage.
Onsite discovery sessions. Our systems architect will lead a series of interviews with key stakeholders, including IT and Business Strategy team, to establish current pain points and business improvement goals. This includes a comprehensive discovery into process, systems, data, integration and reporting.
Analysis. After spending time learning the ins and outs of your systems and business, our team will review everything and compile notes before beginning to build your roadmap.
Writing and Building. This is where your Strategic Roadmap comes to life! The team will build a roadmap with recommendations to maximize your platform investment.
Roadmap report. In this report, we cover four topics: overview, expert recommendations, an outline of effort, scope, and complexity, and an assessment of priorities. The formal roadmap report will include detailed systems analysis based on discovery findings as well as formal recommendations.
Recommendations review. This is where we prioritize action items. We’ll review our findings and agree on a direction and plan. If additional resources, outside of your own company, are needed to execute the plan, this is where we can talk about options.
Client feedback and review. After receiving the Roadmap, your team will have every opportunity to give feedback and ask questions.
