We have an office and employees and operate in Canada. Accordingly, OpFocus takes appropriate steps to comply with applicable Canadian data privacy requirements, including the Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

OpFocus does knowingly not collect or maintain information on the Site or services from persons We know to be under age 13, and no part of our Site is designed to attract anyone under age 13.
