Taking care of your SaaS team: Self-Care Summer

“People First” has always been one of the core values here at OpFocus. This includes our clients, the SaaS community, and of course our team. Over the summer we challenged our team members to make sure they take care of themselves over the summer. In this “Self-Care-Summer” we encouraged them to set goals related to their physical and mental health, then work towards them throughout the summer. The OpFocus team did not disappoint!

Maniza Ahmed

For her self care summer initiative, Maniza took part in SoulCycle classes on the beach. Not only does this keep physically active but provides an amazing view. What a way to talk your mind off work!

Jane Tryder

Jane takes daily walks to stay physically active and to keep her mind off work for a while. The routine also provides structure to her day to day activities. She even sends a group text to help others keep to their daily walks as well!

Sebastian Toplician

Over the summer Sebastian has been teaching himself how to speak Spanishwhcih he has wanted to do for some time. In addition, he runs and works out on a daily basis to keep physically active as well. Talk about the best of both worlds.

Kyle Chagnon

Personally, I’ve been working on a paint by numbers piece. I began this project about a month ago and have been making steady progress on it. It’s been a great way to take my mind off work and unwind!

Looking Forward

At OpFocus, we put people first in every interaction and the summer is no exception. Although the summer is coming to an end, we will always encourage our clients, teammates, and the SaaS community to continue looking out after themselves. If you’d like to become part of the OpFocus family, we encourage you to take a look at some of our available positions. We’re always looking to expand the team and make meaningful connections!
