Open Positions

At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience is required. Prior Salesforce consulting experience preferred. Open to remote full-time and contractor candidates residing in the US Canada.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be in a client-facing role responsible for participating in Salesforce implementation and optimization projects. You will dive in to understand client business operations and the underlying need for process, applications, data and reporting to typically serve sales, marketing and support teams. You will use your hands-on Salesforce knowledge in Sales and Service clouds to assist in gathering requirements, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying robust and scalable solutions that meet OpFocus best practice standards.

At least 5 years of prior Salesforce consulting experience with demonstrated expertise in Sales, Service or Community clouds required. Open to remote full-time and contractor candidates residing in the US.

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be in a client-facing role responsible for leading and participating in Salesforce implementation and optimization projects for our most important clients. You will be responsible for the overall success of the project and will leverage your project management skills to keep project schedules, budgets, scope and risks in-line and under control. Additionally, you will dive in to understand client business operations and the underlying need for process, applications, data and reporting to typically serve sales, marketing and support teams.  You will use your extensive hands-on Salesforce knowledge in Sales, Service, and Community clouds to gather requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that meet OpFocus best practice standards.

 

At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience is required, including proven expertise in Sales, Service and Community cloud implementations. Open to remote full-time and contractor candidates residing in the US.

As a Solution Architect, you will be in a client-facing role where you will function as the go-to expert in all aspects of declarative platform architecture and configuration, including and often beyond Sales, Service and Community clouds. You will be responsible for understanding and solving complex business problems. You will gather requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that meet OpFocus best practice standards.

At least 2 years of prior Salesforce consulting experience and at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience required. Open to remote full-time and contractor candidates residing in the US or Canada.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be in a client-facing role responsible for gathering requirements, estimating, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying robust and scalable solutions often by leveraging Lightning Components, Apex and Visualforce, HTML, CSS (SLDS), JavaScript, web services/APIs and other technologies.

At least 3 years of hands-on CPQ configuration experience, including a minimum of 3 full lifecycle CPQ implementations required. Prior consulting experience required. Open to remote full-time and contractor candidates based in the US.

As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant, you will be in a client-facing role responsible for participating in and/or leading Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimization projects that cover all aspects of CPQ. You will dive in to understand business operations and the underlying need for process, applications, data and reporting to typically serve sales organizations. You will use your extensive hands-on Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ knowledge to gather requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that meet OpFocus CPQ best practice standards.

At least 5 years of prior Salesforce consulting experience and at least 5 years of formal project management experience required. Open to remote full-time and contractor candidates residing in the US.

As a Senior Salesforce Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading our largest and most complex client facing projects. You will be adept at navigating the most rewarding and demanding relationships, project managing simultaneous workstreams with many resources, and providing recommendations on sound solutions to solve complex business problems. Much like the Senior Salesforce Consultant role, you will be responsible for the overall success of the project and will leverage your extensive project management skills to keep project schedules, budgets, scope and risks inline and under control. Additionally, you will dive in to understand client business operations and the underlying need for process, applications, data and reporting. You will use your extensive hands-on Salesforce knowledge of Sales, Service, and Community clouds to gather requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that meet OpFocus best practice standards.

At least 3 years organizing B2B events and at least 2 years planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns. Experience with Salesforce and Pardot administration as well as Account-based marketing preferred. This role is based in our Burlington, MA headquarters.

The mission of the OpFocus Marketing Manager is to drive regular engagement with clients, prospects, and partners through unforgettable, one-of-a-kind events and digital communications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment, and a utility player who thrives with owning diverse responsibilities.

At least 5 years selling and exceeding quota, preferably in Salesforce consulting services. Experience with SaaS preferred. Demonstrated success with hunting new accounts and expanding existing relationships. This role can be remote or local to our Burlington, MA headquarters.

We are in search of a high-energy, dynamic, and driven salesperson that demonstrates proven success with building relationships & hitting quota in a hunter role. You will sell strategic business operations consulting, Salesforce & marketing automation consulting, integration, and force.com application development services into mid-market SaaS companies. The consultative sales role will also include business development activities with our key strategic partner, Salesforce, as well as other important partnerships.
