Kristen Banks
Kristen works in the delivery department here at OpFocus; designing, architecting, advising, and implementing Salesforce for our customers. Her specialty is solution design, architecting on behalf of customer business challenges.
With over 15 years of living and breathing Salesforce, she has developed her specialty by application, by designing, architecting over 160 implementations over her career for customers ranging from small to global business needs.
Over the years, she’s worked both as a project manager, solution architect, design lead, business architect, implementer, and advisor which allows her the flexibility to assist in different capacities on any project.
Most Salesforce features really get her excited, but as of late implementing Communities has been a feature that she really likes to work with as it helps the business and customers holistically.
Her favorite projects to work with are those that focus on a legacy salesforce platform that is going through acquisitions or laying optimization and native features to their platform. She like challenges.
Kristen’s Hobbies
Kristen is passionate about raising her 6-year-old daughter and teaching kindness from the inside out. Outside of the office, you’ll find her hanging out with my daughter, husband, dogs either enjoying nature walks, running, hikes, in our neighboring parks.
Some of her hobbies would include boxing, cooking, gardening, being active and creative with her daughter and family.
Kristen and her daughter enjoy cooking, gardening, and doing crafts together.
