I am a member of the SaaS Growth & Marketing Operations team at Opfocus. I have over a decade of experience with salesforce, starting originally as an OEM partner developing managed packaged solutions for the App Exchange and later transitioning to Sales and Service Cloud, specifically focused on org migrations. As SaaS businesses continue to grow through rollups, mergers, or other acquisitions, companies face the challenge of consolidating multiple environments into one. Working with clients, we’ve been able to align business goals and a road map, creating a consolidated GTM strategy for their future state.
As someone who started on the ISV side of Salesforce, my passion still lies with the Salesforce App Exchange and the ability to use the platform as a whole. There are many solutions that leverage Force.com as the infrastructure for their niche market by leveraging custom objects and standard objects to fill a solution gap in their industry. Additionally, there many solutions developed on the App Exchange that fulfill development or configuration needs for clients that can be simply installed onto existing orgs.
Every morning you can find me on the road or trails logging miles on my New Balance 880s with my dog trotting beside me. In 2016, I set the goal to run the six world marathons (New York City, Chicago, Boston, Tokyo, London & Berlin) and while 2020 put a pause on finishing the last race in Boston, that hasn’t hampered my love of running. I am looking forward to being out on the racecourse with my running mates when things are safe again.
